We'd Love to Host It
Some of the best weekends in our homes aren't ordinary stays. They're a fortieth birthday by the pool, an anniversary dinner for twenty, a team that flew in to actually be in the same room. We're glad to host all of it. We just ask that you tell us first, so we can make sure the house, the neighbors and your plans all line up.
Before You Submit
If you're planning a gathering of more than 20 people, or any gathering involving catering, amplified music, entertainment, or other vendors, you need written approval before the event takes place. Submit your request at least 30 days before the event date.
Fees and Requirements
Event approval requirements, the event fee, the increased damage deposit, and vendor insurance requirements are set out in the Rental Agreement and summarized in our Refund Policy.
