How We Started
States of Leisure started in Nashville with a simple conviction: great travel deserves more than a booking. We chose homes for their character, managed them with real care, and learned what guests actually need when they arrive somewhere new. That approach worked. So we took it to other cities. Each market we enter gets the same attention Nashville did from the start: homes chosen for the right reasons, support that's actually there, and local knowledge that goes deeper than a list of restaurants.
